At HotSeats.com, our most valuable asset is YOU - the customer. That is why we have taken the extra step to guarantee you the following to help put your mind at ease so you can simply relax and enjoy your event - worry free!

All tickets are genuine and legitimate, valid for entry.

All the tickets sold thru Hot Seats are guaranteed to be authentic and genuine, valid for entry to the event the ticket is for. We advertise a great selection of tickets and are very selective about whom we deal with. We market and sell tickets only from the highest-quality, most reputable sources. If the venue will not accept the tickets for entry, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets back to Hot Seats as instructed in email by Hot Seats. Hot Seats will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if Hot Seats finds that it was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including shipping costs and any services fees/taxes.

 You will receive exact, equal or better tickets that you selected once your order is confirmed.

After your order is placed and confirmed, you can be certain that you will receive seats in the section and row you chose. If, for whatever reason, the tickets selected are unavailable after confirmation, Hot Seats guarantees that the replacement tickets will be of equal or better value than the original tickets requested at no additional cost to purchaser, or you may receive a complete refund.

All tickets will be delivered in a timely manner, prior to the event.

We guarantee that all tickets will be shipped to purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, Hot Seats will issue purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets including shipping costs, taxes. The purchaser is responsible for making himself/herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company may be used, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.
