We are required to renew our license every year and also must post a $100,000 cash bond to provide for consumer protection. Our cash bond is on deposit collectively through the members of the CSTBA.

Hot Seats is located in Itasca, Illinois. We are about 30-45 minutes Northwest of Chicago and about 5 miles south of Woodfield Shopping Mall in Schaumburg. We are adjacent to the Wyndham Hotel off I-290 and Thorndale Ave.

Driving Directions

1. We are located just off Interstate I-290
2. Exit at Thorndale Ave and go east.
3. Follow Thorndale Ave. up to the first cross street - Park Blvd. Turn Left on Park Blvd.
4. Our office building will be the first building on the right hand side. It is a 15 story building that is connected to the Wyndham Hotel. The address is 500 Park Blvd, and we are on the 1st floor concourse in suite 153C.
